Volunteer at the Conference

Looking for ways to help out at Leading Creatively?  Why not consider volunteering?

There are lots of ways you can join in and receive a complimentary registration (with 2 completed shifts).  Complete the application below and a NAMAC staffer will be in touch.

Just look at what you can do:

A/V Support

Assist presenters in resolving any technical difficulties that arise with audio/visual equipment.

Documentation

Take pictures, shoot video, collect audio, interview people, and share your own reflections at the conference.

Guest Support

Volunteers in the ‘Guest Support’ role will greet people who look lost, confused or alienated, making them feel welcome and comfortable by answering any questions they might have.

Room Support

These volunteers help keep everything running smoothly before, during and after the conference. You'll assist with set-up, logistical needs during the conference and, most importantly, help us tear down post-conference.

Tour Support

Help guide and support our Friday afternoon tours.  You will learn the route to help support the driver and to be able to answer attendee questions.

Translation

If you speak any languages in addition to English or if you use sign language, sign up to provide one-on-one translation to conference participants.

Wayfinding: Bike and Walk

Getting around downtown Minneapolis via and walking and biking can be easy for locals yet prove overwhelming for first-time visitors.  These volunteers will guide walking groups between the Hyatt Regency and the Walker Art Center as well as facilitate the use of the Nice Ride system to guide groups getting to the other evening reception locations, Franklin Art Works and the Soap Factory Gallery.
