I am already a NAMAC Member. Do I get the NAMAC Member Account?

Yes. All current NAMAC Members are eligible for the NAMAC Member account. First, you'll need to sign up for a new site account. You can indicate your Membership Status on the registration form. Please allow up to 48 hours for the upgrade of your account.

Am I a current NAMAC Member? What if I don't know?

If you are unsure, indicate this on the registration form and we will contact you within 48 hours with confirmation.

When I try and sign in, the screen says "Sorry, unrecognized username or password." What's happening?

This could be for two reasons: 1) You are entering in your 'old' organization email and Member ID. Our login system has changed and requires that ALL MEMBERS (OLD AND NEW) REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT. 2) You entered in or forgot the incorrect username and password.

I forgot/lost my password. What should I do?

If you've lost your password, you can request a new one.

I forgot/lost my username. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your username, request a new password and your username will be included in the password recovery email.
