Rise to the Ocassion Bay Area Youth Media Festival, Oct. 13

NAMAC Members in Bay Area Launch Youth Media Network and Youth Media Festival

For its first public festival, the Bay Area Youth Media Network (BAYMN) announces: Rise to the Occasion Youth Media Festival. Rise will feature 20 youth-produced videos about social change.

The day will also include live performances by some of BAVC's great performers from BUMP RECORDS. With learning opportunities, networking, refreshments, raffles, and a series of powerful films, this day should be a socially conscious blast!

Date: Saturday, October 13, 2012

Time: 2 PM - 5 PM 

Location: Kaiser Center in Oakland

Cost: FREE!!!

Festival Schedule

2 - 2:30 PM: Reception

2:30 - 4:30 PM: Film screening and awards

4:30 - 5 PM: Closing reception and raffle (Raffle includes chances to win iTunes Gift Cards and an iPod Touch)
