Summit 2012 serves up provocative conversations on the most pressing issues in today’s dynamic music world. Speakers highlight cutting-edge research and showcase the latest services, applications and business models, with a focus on how these platforms benefit musicians. We educate stakeholders on the impact of these innovations and debate polices that impact the music community in tangible ways. We embrace how all of these elements are intertwined, with an eye towards practical solutions. Join us in celebrating the ongoing effort to make the future of music a bright one.
Those who can’t attend the Summit in person are able to still engage via a high-quality, interactive webcast of the entire event. Along with this “all-access” video stream, FMC encourages participants to interact with speakers via hashtag #FMC12 at Twitter, on the FMC Facebook event page and everywhere you find the feed. FMC will do its best to deliver questions to Summit participants on the day of, which means your voice on the issues will be heard in DC and across the web. Tell your friends to join you at futureofmusic.org and at #FMC12.
As always, video and archives will be made available after the event — sign up for the Future of Music Newsletter for breaking news on post-Summit materials or read our blog.
