A NAMAC Membership connects you to the big picture:

NAMAC members have profiles in our online Directory of Organizations. This is a powerful outreach and marketing tool visited by over 1000 users every month. Members can also post announcements directly to NAMAC’s website through the MY NAMAC section of our site.

A NAMAC Membership brings you together with your peers:

In addition to NAMAC’s National Conference, members also have the opportunity to connect regionally to engage in strategic thinking about the direction in which the independent media field is moving. NAMAC knows that access to learning should be easy and effortless, regardless of time, resources and geographical constraints. That's why we also bring members together with thought-leaders for lively TeleSalons throughout the year.

A NAMAC Membership supports the development of you and your organization:

NAMAC is committed to development of organizations, and the emerging and established leaders that make them work. We demonstrate this commitment by offering a variety of high quality leadership and capacity building programs on an ongoing basis. Each person in the professional staff of a member organization is considered a NAMAC member and we encourage multiple staff members to participate and benefit from our programs.

A NAMAC Membership brings up-to-date research and information to you:

NAMAC keeps members informed about trends and best practices in the field through our A Closer Look series, printed newsletter, and monthly eBulletin. NAMAC's research & publications are popular resources among researchers, educators, practitioners and makers.
