Goodbye to Dewey Schott, Senior Manager of Leadership Services
After fourteen years at NAMAC, Dewey Schott, senior manager of leadership services, will be leaving NAMAC on July 1st to start a new phase of his professional life. Dewey will focus his time on his coaching and consulting practice, which he began in 2005.
"This is a wildly exciting time for me where I'll be able to continue serving the arts and culture community with coaching, leadership development, and capacity building while also branching out to work with other communities I love, including the social justice and LGBTQ communities," says Dewey. Since 1998, he has been a key figure in NAMAC's programs and services.
"I'm really proud of the work I’ve done at NAMAC, most notably the Leadership Institute, coaching circles, and editing Leading Creatively. I feel like this is more of a shift than a good-bye."
