Professional Development Fund

High performing organizations require continuous learning of its staff and board. Yet, when budgets are tight professional development line items are often the first to get cut. This vicious cycle seriously limits the capacity of arts organizations.

The Professional Development Fund enables NAMAC members from organizations of all sizes to access the learning opportunities they need to do their jobs effectively. Let NAMAC reimburse a portion of your management and leadership education so that you and your organization can thrive.
 

How It Works

NAMAC will reimburse 75% of tuition and registration fees to local and online management and leadership workshops, trainings and courses, not to exceed $200. There are restrictions, so please download the guidelines.
