- About Me
I am passionate about helping leaders soar to new heights. I like to think of myself as part punk, part mystic, and part organizational development nerd.
I develop and implement NAMAC's programs that focus on coaching, leadership development, distance learning, peer support, professional development and community-building.
I'm a certified personal and professional coach and hold a CPCC credential from The Coaches Training Institute and an ACC credential through the International Coach Federation. I've presented workshops on coaching and capacity building for national conferences, including Americans for the Arts, Alliance for Community Media, and NAMAC. I'm part of the executive coaching team for LeaderSpring.org and am part of the Leadership Coaching Learning Circles convened by CompassPoint Nonprofit Services.
I've curated media programs for many festivals and exhibition venues including San Francisco Cinematheque, the San Francisco International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, MIX: The New York Lesbian and Gay Experiment Film/Video Fesival, and New Langton Arts.
I'm a former board member of San Francisco Cinematheque and the Citizen Advisory Board for the Community Development Block Grant of Oakland, CA, which distributes federal HUD funds to community-based organizations.
